Our pride and joy! A dry gin, with a juniper berry, coriander and angelica root base, is enhanced with pink peppercorns, calamus root, rosehips and cassia bark. With pink grapefruit and limes adding a citrus kick.

What lifts this gin above others, is the PRICKLY PEAR CACTUS we infuse it with, giving it a unique fresh, watermelon aroma and taste.

However, the addition of BUTTERFLY PEA PETALS makes it truly special, for when you add the mixer, the gin turns from a Stainsby blue colour to a lovely pink hue.
