A dry gin, with a juniper berry, coriander and angelica root base, is enhanced with pink peppercorns, licorice, rosehips and cassia bark. However, it is the sheer amount and variety of bitter lemons and sweet lemons we put in the mix that gives this gin a serious lemon citrus hit.

But it is softened by the rare and unique addition of fresh basil that sets it apart.

This slightly floral and fresh aroma and taste compliments the acidic lemon so well.
