This is a gin that was launched to our 265 Club in 2022. And was such a crowd pleaser.
Definitely favoured amongst the lovers of a more natural, subtle, botanical lead gin.

It is inspired by the Mediterranean. And the smells, the colours, the flavours that we all think of
when we close our eyes on a cold winter’s day in the UK and dream of those lovely,
life affirming sunny days and balmy nights holidaying in Spain, Italy, France, Greece or Portugal.

Being a very natural gin, it is important to marry together quite a few botanicals.
So when dreaming it up, I just closed my eyes and imagined if I was sat on my terrace at my house in Andalucia and what would I be smelling.
Thyme, rosemary, basil, bay leaf, lemons, oranges all sprang to mind.
And ofcourse…..wine!

So, using our infusion technique, we distilled a really strong, potent base infusion using all those herbs but alas,
did not add wine, but we do add fresh grapes to it.
We marry this herbal alcoholic infusion with a base gin, of juniper, coriander, angelica root, rosehips, elderflower, cardamom, and lemons and oranges.

What you end up with a gin that simply evokes those sunny mediterranean memories.
And with tonic, a slice of lemon and a sprig of thyme, orange and a sprig of rosemary, gives you one of the best gins we’ve made.

70cl / 45%abv
