Our juniper inspired love song to Teesside.

First we start with the Holy Trinity of botanicals; Juniper Berries, Coriander and Angelica root that bring the structure to the gin.

Then we add calamus root and licorice to add earthy notes. pink peppercorns to add some spice. locally picked rosehips for a floral touch. cassia bark for dusty sweetness. and pink grapefruit, lime and orange for a citrus kick.

But it is the addition of locally picked (oggie raided) apples, freshly picked pineapple mint and cranberries that lift this dry gin above the rest.

A gin to make a region proud.
