This easy drinking summer gem was inspired by my time working, living and playing in Ibiza in the 1990s. Where many a day and night was spent partying at the famous PIKES Hotel. Home to that famous video of that classic 80s song by WHAM;
Club Tropicana. 

OK, the drinks weren’t free then, and neither is this bottle, but I do hope this 80s inspired, party, beach, fun loving gin takes you back to those classic days.

When the world was a better place and alot more innocent and fun.
(if you weren’t around in the 80s….you have my commiserations.
Hopefully this gin will do the trick though).
